Lilia joined CNI Consulting Inc. in December of 2013 as a Recruitment Coordinator. Prior to joining CNI, Lilia worked at the Boston office for Deloitte & Touche within their Audit and Assurance group as a CPA. She is passionate about providing outstanding client service and is focused on delivering qualified candidates that fit a client's culture and mission.

In her free time, Lilia loves spending time with her husband and two children.

Lilia graduated from Boston College in Chestnut Hill, MA with a degree in Accounting and Marketing from the Carroll School of Management.
