Monique is a serial entrepreneur with a proven history of creating successful companies and high-performance sales teams that deliver results. She has founded multiple companies; including HRSmart which was acquired by Deltek in 2015.

Prior to her entrepreneurial ventures, Monique was Vice President of New Business Development at Citibank, where she managed new acquisitions.
